Customers may cancel their vehicle booking by informing Bhandari Travels in advance through phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Cancellation Charges

• Cancellation made 15 days or more before the journey date: 25% cancellation charge
• Cancellation made 7–14 days before the journey date: 50% cancellation charge
• Cancellation made 3–6 days before the journey date: 75% cancellation charge
• Cancellation made within 48 hours of the journey date or no-show: 100% cancellation charge

Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of natural calamities, landslides, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or road closures, cancellation and refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Bhandari Travels.

Booking Modification

Changes in travel dates or destinations are subject to vehicle availability and may involve additional charges.

Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes arising in relation to this website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand, and courts subordinate thereto.
