At Bhandari Travels, customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the following policy:

Advance Payments

• Advance payments made for vehicle bookings are partially refundable as per the cancellation timeline.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund shall be provided in the following cases:

• No-show by the customer
• Cancellation during the trip
• Unused travel days or services
• Delays caused due to weather, roadblocks, natural disasters, or government restrictions

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment whenever possible.

Service Limitations

As we only provide vehicle transportation services, refunds will apply only to the vehicle booking amount paid to us and not to any third-party expenses borne by the customer.

Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes arising in relation to this website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand, and courts subordinate thereto.
