By booking services through Bhandari Travels, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking Confirmation

  • Vehicle booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability on the requested dates.

Service Scope

  • Bhandari Travels provides vehicle transportation services only.
  • We do not arrange or charge for hotels, meals, entry tickets, guides, or other travel-related services unless specifically mentioned.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for all personal expenses during the trip.
  • Customers must provide accurate travel details at the time of booking.
  • Any delay caused by the customer may affect the itinerary and additional charges may apply.

Vehicle Usage

  • The booked vehicle will be available only for the agreed duration and destination.
  • Extra usage beyond the agreed itinerary, route, or duration may incur additional charges.
  • Drivers will follow standard safety and travel guidelines during the journey.

Liability

  • Bhandari Travels shall not be responsible for delays, route closures, natural calamities, weather conditions, strikes, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for loss of luggage, valuables, or personal belongings during the trip.

Payment Terms

  • Remaining payment must be completed before or during the journey as mutually agreed.
  • Any toll taxes, parking charges, state taxes, or permits may be charged additionally unless included in the package.

Right to Refuse Service

Bhandari Travels reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in case of misconduct, violation of terms, or unavoidable operational issues.

Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes arising in relation to this website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand, and courts subordinate thereto.
